Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of Evergreen Pilates Studio's classes, website, and booking system. By booking a class or using this website, you agree to the terms below.
Bookings & cancellations
Classes must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 8 hours before the scheduled start time to avoid forfeiting the class credit. Class packs are valid for 60 days from purchase. Unlimited monthly memberships renew automatically each month until cancelled.
Health & participation
Pilates involves physical activity that carries inherent risk. By participating in a class, you confirm that you are physically able to take part and will inform your instructor of any injury, condition, or pregnancy before class begins. Please consult a physician before beginning any new exercise program.
Studio conduct
We ask all students to arrive on time, respect shared equipment, and follow instructor guidance for everyone's safety. The studio reserves the right to refuse service for conduct that disrupts class or endangers other students.
Website use
This website and its content are provided for informational purposes. We aim to keep schedule and pricing information current but recommend confirming details directly with the studio before booking.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our classes or website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
