We built the studio we couldn't find
Evergreen opened in 2019 with one idea: Pilates works best in small rooms, with instructors who actually watch you move.
Our story
Founder Marisol Nguyen started Evergreen after ten years of teaching in studios where classes ran twenty-five people deep and corrections were shouted across the room. She kept hearing the same thing from students: I don't actually know if I'm doing this right.
So Evergreen was built around a hard cap of twelve students per class, a studio floor small enough that every instructor can see every body, and a hiring bar that starts at 500+ certified training hours. Six years later, that hasn't changed — even as the class schedule has grown to cover mornings, lunches, and evenings, seven days a week.

Three things every class is built on
Small by design
Twelve students, never more. It's the one rule we've never broken, even when it meant adding more classes instead of more bodies per room.
Modifications, not exceptions
Every exercise is taught with an easier and harder version, offered out loud, every time — not just when someone asks.
Progress you can feel
We check in on form and goals every few weeks, not just at your first class and then never again.
